This is a 6 week bespoke core specific training program to get your core and diastasis recti healed before jumping into higher intensity exercise. This program is essential before returning back into fitness classes, sport specific training as well as running.
Doing less is more post partum to allow yourself to heal properly. You could do more damage going back into normal training too fast when your abs have not come back together properly, and this program will assist you with that.
This program is app based and you will receive your exercise demonstrations, reps sets & the rest all on your phone.

All you need is to be cleared from your gynecologist or care provider for exercise after your 6-week appointment as we can start with your core rehab. It would also be ideal if you could go for a core and internal check-up by a physiotherapist but is not necessary. The first step would be to jump on a video call to chat about your pregnancy and birth and then I will make sure if the program is suitable for you.
